Civil Society Sustainability Program (CSSP Program)

The objective of the project is to strengthen and maintain the capacity of civil society in Bosnia and Herzegovina, to influence development and implementation of government policy-making processes, that are of interest to the citizens of BiH. The coordinator of the sector of the Economic Development Policy in Bosnia and Herzegovina is the International Office for Development NBR Gradačac (project leader) in cooperation with Business and Entrepreneurship Association LiNK Mostar (key partner).

As Sector Coordinators, NBR and LiNK implement the Program through three components:

  1. “LEDnet for a Better Business Environment”

The objective is to make it the LEDnet a functional network that will systematically work on improving economic policies.

  1. “Better business environment to more jobs.”

Implementation of the public advocacy campaign is intended to increase: understanding, responsibility, expertise, the efficiency of institutions and few individual actors, the importance of a comprehensive observation of the business environment, practical application, monitoring and assessment of the impact of applied measures on improving the business environment.

  1. Creating and implementing strategies for sustainability and communication with citizens

Within the mentioned component, NBR and LiNK will work on strengthening their capacities in functional areas of work and operation and transfer of acquired knowledge to all members of the LEDnet network and other entities.

Expected results of the Program: strengthened links with stakeholders, increased capacities of CSOs, increased competences, and professionalism in work, increased organization sustainability, increased impact on public policies and changed over 50 different measures and public policies.
